Today was the first attempt at lacto fermentation. We made hot sauce from Wri-Wri, Datil, Tabasco, Kim Chi peppers. Added tomato garlic and citrus to the batch. Finished it off today! We added some balsamic and brown sugar and BOOM!! Very tasty!! #hotsaucecooking#housesauce#pepperlover#capcacin #lactofermentation
